Tour Bookings and Payments 8/2/2010
In view of the popularity of current and possibly some future outings the following procedures will apply for bookings:
Clip boards will be distributed TWO MONTHS prior to an event, on that board will be the maximum number of members who can be accommodated for the event.
Should the interest in that event exceed the number of vacancies then at the following meeting sheets will be placed on the notice board at the entry to our meeting room where firm interest is to be registered and payment made at the Club on that day; in other words, first in first served.
In order to make the process equal for all, email and phone requests will not be accepted. Car pooling may be an option for some members.
It is not anticipated these circumstances will occur monthly but your committee feels it is wise to have these guidelines in place.
