Do's and Don'ts

Payments for social and/or outings should be on separate cheques- No multi activities on the one cheque please.
Don't forget to sign your name on the attendance sheet when attending Club meetings. We need to know your attendance; also it is a mandatory requirement of the Bowling Club.
Do place your money in an envelope and write your name, the amount enclosed and the Outing/Event it is for. This greatly assists the organisers.
Do remember to bring your medical record card on excursions.
Don’t confuse your walking stick for an umbrella- you may get wet!
Do make suggestions as to how we can improve and make club life more enjoyable.
Do give your apology if you are unable to attend a meeting.
Do put your hand up if you have a special interest that you would like to be involved in- there are probably others who have similar interests.
Don't leave your valuables unattended- meeting areas are frequented by the public and not only Probus members.
