In January, a trip from Palm Beach to Ettalong by ferry for lunch at the Ettalong Diggers Club.
Cost: $33.00 per head, or $40.00 per head including coffee and cakes.

Art Gallery of NSW
Monday 2 February
Tickets for the tour are $35, or $32 for concession holders
We will be going to the Art Gallery of NSW to see the Dangerously Modern exhibition about Australian women artists overseas in the 1890s to 1940s. We have booked with Lorraine, an experienced guide to show us around at 12.00 noon. Then we can have a spot of lunch.

QLD SOUTHERN OUTBACK TRAIL TOUR – by Ted Morton
Following several discussions with Trade Travel people I believe we now have a solid workable itinerary for our Qld Southern Outback Tour. I am hopeful I will have itineraries and tour participation forms available for our December meeting.
Our Tour Host will either be Trish (who was the guest speaker at our September meeting) or Serina (who is my main point of contact and comes from Swansea). Some other detail is yet to be resolved – the main one is we will require 19 rooms for our 30 participants. If room availability becomes an issue I may need to talk to the single travellers to see if anyone is willing to share.
MURRAY RIVER CRUISE
At the October meeting President Mike mentioned a possible cruise tour on the Murray River and a number of members showed interest, but not enough for a private tour. Trade Travel does two different tours that include three or four days on the Murray River. One is a short 6 day tour that adds Hahndorf and Victor Harbour and the other adds on Kangaroo Island for 8 days. The shorter tour is not available at this time, however I believe there is availability on the longer tour in May 2026. Let me know if you are interested in either as new tours are added regularly.

We will have a scenic train ride, two in fact: there and back. Plus some history, sightseeing and culture and not much walking and few stairs and a good lunch. More information in the next newsletter.
